“Most things are forgotten over time. Even the war itself, the life-and-death struggle people went through is now like something from the distant past. We’re so caught up in our everyday lives that events of the past are no longer in orbit around our minds. There are just too many things we have to think about everyday, too many new things we have to learn. But still, no matter how much time passes, no matter what takes place in the interim, there are some things we can never assign to oblivion, memories we can never rub away. They remain with us forever, like a touchstone.”― Haruki Murakami
I’m back! Yes, I’m back. I think one of the things that I can’t just let go that easy is blogging and that is, of course, sharing with you my OOTDs. I am happy and I have never been this happy in my entire being but my life is somewhat incomplete without expressing myself in the form of art – fashion & style.
So.. here I am, in the mood again to dress and doll up for you, lovelies! (It’s as if I’ve been gone for a very long time but in reality it was just a few weeks ago since I tried to set aside blogging. Haha!)
Anyhoo, here’s what I have worn today:
I’m in tight budget at the moment because I’m saving my money for something big so I don’t shop too often anymore. The good side of it is that I am forced to fire up my sleeping creativity by pulling out and reinventing some of my old clothes. You see above, that knitted blazer is one of my oldest, rarely used wardrobe and I never thought that it would look perfect as cover up for this black outfit combo. I love how it spiced up the blackness of the entire outfit and created a boho-ish effect despite of looking a bit grungy and granny-ish.
Hope you like my outfit today, dolls!
